We had a great weekend! I hope you all did too!
B: leftover steak, cheese and crackers

D: chili (made with some more of that leftover steak!)
W & V: on track (I'm going to skip iron for a while)
E: something this evening. I broke my weekday morning streak today :-(

The weekend was good & bad....Saturday my team lost in the most heartbreaking way possible, but I had a wonderful tailagte and all my family was in town. Sunday I rocked my 6.2 mile portion of the Detroit Marathon Relay!

E - taking a night off from running, but tending to all the leaves on my lawn and cutting down all the plants for winter! I have a huge yard so I think it should count as my exercise!

D: turkey cutlet w/ 1T of reduced fat alfredo sauce and mushrooms

V: new multivitamins come in today, all others are on track!
E: it's a beautiful fall day, so I think a walk is in order!
