S: Syntrax nectar chocolate truffle mixed with diet swiss miss cocoa, Fit Frappe Chai protein drink, light cheese stick

E: 60 minutes walk away the pounds DVD (intervals with jogging and weight training)

I have been losing and gaining the same 1 1/2 pounds for about 3 weeks now - I did increase my calories a bit but am still below 1,000 most days (which is where my NUT said I should be at). I hate to think this is my maintenance level. I really have not had a stall yet, so maybe that is it. I'm about 10 lbs. from goal.



5' 4" tall, HW: 242, SW:215.4 Weight Loss - pre-op: - 26.6, M1: -15.4, M2: -16, M3: -11.4, M4: -11.2, M5: -12.2, M6: -7.4, M7: -7.8, M8: -2.0 Goal of 130 lbs. reached at 8 months, 2 days post-op!

That is so frustrating. Try changing something else, like more exercise or perhaps more water. I seem to always lose weight when I drink more water.

I wish my darned ticker would update, I updated my weight on Sunday but it hasn't updated. I've lost 128 lbs since surgery 10 months ago -- I'd love the ticker to reflect that. I'm working hard at this!!

I finally got my butt back to the gym after 2 weeks of flaking out on it, and let me tell you.. my body felt the consequences! Ugh!!

B: Coffee w/ half a Premier Protein Vanilla (my new favorite!)

S: cheese stick

L: 4 0z of leftover Chipotle bowl from last night (I love that I can get 5-6 meals out of one bowl!)

S: cheese stick and a godiva truffle (I know.. shut up. I was weak. But it was soooo good.)

D: Probably another 4 oz of Chipotle leftovers

S: maybe if I have room I'll get in a small protein hot chocolate later tonight while hubs and I watch our nightly scary movie!

W: already got in the 64, working toward 80

V: this morning

E: 2.5 miles walking/jogging on the treadmill
