Hiccups??

This happened to me! A few things to try:
- Teeny sips-- use a little paper bathroom cup instead of a big water bottle to force you to slow down
- Don't use a straw, you may take in more air that way
- Try different temperatures, really cold water was hard but I was fine with room temperature

Very common problem. I second what Julie said. Small cups, differen****er temperatures.
Now I get the hiccups if I eat too much. Or my nose runs. Or I get really sleepy.

Hiccups and runny nose are common signs that you went just a little too far, or too fast. It takes more for it to happen as your capacity increases.
