Everyday is a Monday
I remember ignoring the scale. Planning on starting on Monday. Monday coming and maybe sticking to it for a day or two then messing up and letting myself lose a week or two just completely having whatever I wanted.
Now I am far from perfect -- far far from it. But I never let complete days get away from me. I always start my mornings back with lots of water and a protein shake.
So in that sense everyday is a Monday. Its always my day to make good choices. I'm not going to lose days, weeks, or months to my food addiction.
Absolutely!!

Yes. I cringe when I read someone advising others to stay away from the scale. Ignoring the scale allowed us to become obese to begin with.
Part of why I come here every day is to keep my head in the game. I'm not perfect either, but I make adjustments constantly. Burying our heads in the sand always leads to trouble.
