Pounds Lost During Pre-Op Diet
I weighed this morning and have lost 14 pounds during my 13 day pre-op diet. I don't know that all of the suffering was worth it but my surgeon should be happy!
Today I am on clear liquids only (no more protein shakes) in preparation for my surgery tomorrow!
This time tomorrow, I should be in recovery!!
