B- skip other than almond milk in my coffee

L- 3 ounces turkey breast

S- fibergourmet cinnamon crackers

D- almond/paremesean encrusted catfish (great use of left over almond meal from making almond milk)

Swiss chard with bacon- decadent dinner for sure!

Will need to eat a snack later to hit my protein target, but carbs and cals are in great shape

Exercise- a bit over an hour on the elliptical, and ony a little sore (surgical soreness) so super happy about that! Feeling like it is doable to work this in twice a week, albeit against doc's orders.

Long work shift today. I haven't had time to cook, sadly, so today's a bit more dairy heavy. Still on the cusp of being sick, but trying to at least get more calories in. I skipped many meals this week having been sick.Still on the cusp of being sick, but trying to at least get more calories in. I skipped many meals this week having been sick.

1. 1 cup of cottage cheese used for two meals.

2. Syntrex protein shake made with water and unsweet tea (it's tea flavored)

3. Two string cheese.

4. Light greek yogurt.

Vitamins: on track.

Water: on track.

Exercise: did my morning cycling. We'll see how tired I am after I get home at midnight.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
