I had one dream about a chocolate cake with creamy frosting, that looked so good. In the dream I gave in and ate it, and I woke up beside myself that I had failed my plan. I was so relieved to find it was only a dream! What a hoot! This stuff is really embedded in our psychies.

For the first few weeks after surgery, I dreamed about food Every Damn Night. Pizza, Cheetos, all the stuff I wouldn't be eating anymore. It was really weird, but it eventually passed.

I haven't dreamt about food (that I know of), but I was a smoker for many years. I quit 20 years ago. I *still* have smoking dreams, all these years later. Must be common with addictions?

Yep, been there. Had what I'd call a really erotic dream about wavy Lays potato chips! It was strange.

I have food dreams all the time! In them, I'm often in a situation where people are eating desserts around me and pressuring me to have them and I always give in and feel a horrible guilt!
