Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Monday
I had a rough weekend. I went to a birthday party and ate things I shouldn't have. Now, I have 12 lbs to lose before I go on vacation instead of 10. :( Luckily, I guess, I have a cold and I feel yucky and I don't want to eat today.
B: yogurt and granola
L: leftover Mexican beef and beans and a few bites of rice
D: brisket and some cheese
V: on track
W: on track
E: nothing, I feel too miserable
Next???
Again, posting at the end of the day, so I can say what I ate rather than what I planned to eat.
Breakfast - Salmon
Lunch - met a friend at a restaurant I didn't know, very small menu, ordered a meat and cheese platter, and ended up eating the bread with the meat and cheese. - not the best for my diet... sigh
Dinner - pulled pork and broccoli slaw
snack - one mozzarella cheese stick
vitamins - good
water -good
exercise - not good
I probably did ok overall but the lunch was not good for weight loss.
