I'll miss you too, Gwen.  Good luck and I'll be thinking about you and your dad.  Hope he is doing well.

I'm pretty excited because my "get back on track" day number one was good.  I didn't have any sugar, no snacks, and other than a few bites of potatoes, no carbs.  So far so good today too!  And, I was down 2 pounds this morning compared to yesterday morning!  I'm sure it was probably water weight but that means only 8 more pounds to go to get to my "vacation weight goal" which is 5 pounds less that my long term goal.

B: scrambled egg with 2 jalapenos, 1.5 ounces of steak and some cheese

L: leftover 3 ounces of pot roast, 1/4 c of mashed potatoes and some gravy

S: NOTHING!  I resisted eating a couple French fries when I brought my husband lunch from Wendy's

D: either leftover steak or roast...we have a busy night tonight with a school open house for my kiddos and a community concert

W: 2:15 in the afternoon and I'm at 65 ounces!

V: I need to restock, I'm out of iron and vitamin C, I did everything else though

E: lots of walking at work and with my kids

My fall schedule is kicking in, and I was at a training workshop for 7 hours today.  They provided lunch of sandwiches and chips and cookies.  I held my own, eating only the stuffing of the sandwiches and avoiding the yummy-looking cookies.  I'm hoping the busy fall schedule will help me lose some of this excess weight from my cruise.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - turkey, cheese, lettuce and tomato sandwich without the bread, too much coffee (smile)

Dinner -  pulled pork and steam fresh veggies

Vitamins are good

water is ok

exercise - not so much...
