Halfway to goal! Way to go!

Yes, even with the sleeve, weight loss is a struggle. But struggling with obesity when you have the sleeve is like fighting a cat -- you'll get scratched and bitten, but there's no doubt you'll win. Struggling without the sleeve is like fighting a grizzly bear, and again, there's no doubt who will win.

Keep up the struggle -- it's a good fight.
