Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Thursday
Good morning! I gave in and had some sugar yesterday when I had a horrendous headache and Tylenol wasn't helping. It was just a couple small bites of dark chocolate but it did the trick!
B: protein bar and a few bites of jerky. I can't remember the brand of bar, it didn't taste good but it had 20 grams of protein and only 2 grams of sugar and 20 grams of fiber.
L: Mexican food with my hubby.
D: garlic mozzarella chicken sausage
vitamins are on track
water is behind because I had a late breakfast
exercise is still undecided
Next?
I finally and seeing some downward motion on the scale. So I'm feeling determined to sick to the plan.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - crustless mushroom quiche
Dinner - beef stroganoff
vitamins - good
water - ok
exercise - recumbent bike - I'm having trouble getting back into the swing with exercise but I'll try today.
