Wow I can't remember the last time I road a bike road a bike not real far but I did it and am looking forward to healing more before I go hard.

I was able to pumice my own feet for the first time I was practically screaming with joy I can't remember when i could even bend my leg enough to reach my feet wooo hooo!!!
