Dry Mouth- 11 weeks out

I am 11 week post-sleeve and my mouth has been insanely dry. I'm staying hydrated so this isn't the issue. What could it be from and any tips on managing it? I've tried Biotene mouthwash, Biotene mouth spray, gum, sugar free hard candy, etc. Doesn't feel like water even cuts it. I teach as my profession and have to talk quite a bit....it's driving me batty!

Please tell me this will get better! 

I had that and it went away.  My luck was bad breath with it.  It was bad when I woke up a night too.  I literally had a small water bottle with me that I carried all the time.  Just hang in there.

Any idea why gum is such a no-no when it comes to the sleeve? My surgeon doesn't want us chewing it at all, yet it's a lifesaver for me some days.
