BBQ Sauce
Here is my go to sauce for serving with my bbq brisket or ribs.
Texas Table Sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 cup water with beef bouillon or 1 cup beef broth. If you have drippings from a smoked brisket, even better.
2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp chili powder
2 Tsp ground cumin(fresh ground is best)
2 Tsp black pepper
I use this as a guideline and sometimes add dry mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and if I want a sweeter sauce, a table spoon of agave nectar or honey.
I combine everything in a sauce pan and heat to low simmer. Then cool and pour into a jar and refrigerate for a week or so. You can use it same day, just not as good.

Frisco, most central Texas BBQ joints keep the rub simple. Salt/Pepper. I believe Franklin uses a 50/50 combination. Nothing else. For my briskets, I use a little garlic powder and chili powder to the salt and pepper. If I am doing pork ribs, I add a little turbinado sugar.

I love smoked meat and I love sauces. We often use Stubbs as mentioned above. I also am a fan of vinegar sauce, like on pulled pork. I would just sub out sugar for a little splenda.
Linda's Low Carb has a recipe for a Kansas City style sauce. I would use liquid splenda. I can't vouch for it but I really like her recipes in general.
If you want commercial, Stubbs is the brand that I found to be the least amount of sugar.
If you are willing to make your own, most paleo recipes will probably suit you. I've been experimenting with an AIP diet (no nightshades among other things), so sauces are interesting to say the least. My fav BBQ replacement was this, with the sugar coming from fruit (3 cups of cherries) and 1/4 cup of maple syrup. You can enter in the values to see how much sugar per serving that is as the total recipe makes 3 cups:
