Bad, bad news....
Many of you know that I am a self pay patient. Unfortunately today I found out that my doctor of choice does not accept my method of payment. I am devastated. I don't know what to do at this point, but I think I will figure it. I do have another seminar today and maybe that is my answer. I am so upset...

I'm so sorry! That's terrible. I will be a self pay too. It's a bad blow but don't give up!!! Something good will happen :) maybe you can start searching for another physician who may accept your payment method. I found my potential doctor on healthgrades!
I wish you you the best!

Update...went to another seminar today and liked this surgeon even better than the last! He operates out of an older hospital in a not-so-noce area of town but it is a Center of Excellence so I don't think the age nor location really bothers me.
SoSo excited to have made my decision and to have found my surgeon. Everything will get rolling on Monday and have a Pre op class on Tuesday. Consult with surgeon sometime after that to schedule October surgery!!
Thank you all for the support!!
What method of payment would not be accepted by a doctor???

It costs them money to use Care Credit, but many doctors just add that cost to the bill.
I am glad you found a different surgeon who will use your Care Credit.
