Which protein powder do you feel is the most nutritious?  I would prefer to use unsweetened almond milk to keep the calories down.

I personally liked the unjury powder .  Are you watching calories and protien or just calories.  I ask because although the calories are slightly lower in almond milk  .  the protein is significantly lower than milk.  Almond milk is made from ground almonds and is lower in calories than other milks as long as it is unsweetened. It’s also free of cholesterol, saturated fat, and is naturally lactose free. Even though almonds are a good source of protein, almond milk is not. Almond milk is also not a good source of calcium. However, many of the brands available in the market are supplemented with calcium as well as vitamin D.

All that being said.  I do love almond milk in my oatmeal.  LOL

I am watching calories and protein.  More on the protein end. I plan to mix the protein powder with the unsweetened almond milk.

The easy answer is to check the vitamin store and look at the labels. Take the amount of protein in a serving, and divide it by the number of calories in a serving; that'll let you compare the protein percentage between brands. The higher the number, the "better."

Chocolate unjury: 100 cal, 21g protein. 21/100 = .21

Vanilla isopure: 210 cal, 50g protein. 50 / 210 = .23
