Pending surgery date-Pre Op stage

Hi.I've just signed up but have been following the blogs for the past 7 months. I'm waiting on my surgery date and hoping for early August.

It's been very insightful and encouraging reading all your posts and i look forward to being a part of and sharing.

Made it through my first week pre-op diet and it wasn't too bad. I'm keeping optimistic about the surgery and not think about the negative possibilities (wonder if I'm being naive). I've had my gall bla

dder removed before and it went well. So i guess my apprehension of the worst is more from negative posts on other sites. .but i know that the changes to come are good changes for a better quality life.
