at home but feel so bad
Dehydration will make you feel weak, and give you headaches. Try SF popsicles, hot liquid, cold, crystal light. You'll feel worse until you get more in.

What Grim said... At the beginning, I mixed some protein powder in hot (unsweetened) Chai tea and sipped it from a teaspoon.

Fluids are the most important thing right now. Don't worry too much about getting all the protein in right now. That will come later. Dehydration is the real issue that can land you back in the hospital. Try drinking things with different temperatures. Warm went down much easier than cold for me.
Getting in fluids has to be your number one priority the first couple of weeks. I became dehydrated and trust me you don't want that to happen. Sip sip all day and get up and walk around in your house. Walking with help with the gas pain and keep you busy. Any popsicles, hello, soups, ice all turn into liquid so do your best to get those down. Saying a prayer for you.
I ate just regular size sugar free popsicles. They were the only way that I could get enough fluids in. And yes my stomach hurt if I drank the smallest amount. Just remember that this won't last long. Every day will be better than the day before and before you know it you will be eating food again. Hang in there
Walk and sip! Sip, sip, sip! I know easier said then done, but get those liquids in! Sugar free popscicles and SF Jello helped me a lot at first getting to my 64 ounces the first few weeks.
