OH YEAH...
I forgot to add in one of my "ploys" that help me a lot with head hunger. I use it when I go general shopping too. I have a "need" list and a "want" list. Many times I find myself moving stuff from the need list to the want list. It works the same way with food. Do I really NEED that or do I just WANT that? If I move it to the want side, I don't eat it.
