So excited to start soft/pureed
Chicken also sat in my stomach like a roc****il the last seven days and I'm a month out of surgery, even the pureed kind. I wound up eating only fish until just this past week. Everyone will have different intolerances. You just need to add things one at a time to see.
Since I had pretty much no complications otherwise, I'll take it. I expect Harvey heals up more post-surgery,some of the heavy food intolerances will improve.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
