Make sure to weigh and measure everything you eat. That'll help keep you from overeating.

This happens to me sometimes and then I go to the bathroom (#2) and drop a pound or two.  I go so seldom due to eating so few calories.  I eat between 700 and 1000 per day.

Let me check my calendar -- you had surgery June 19 and it's now July 15.  That would put you right at the 3-4 week post-op mark.  Congratulations, you have hit what most people call the "dreaded 3-week stall".  If you do a search on here for that term you'll see most everyone goes through this.

Relax - you are still losing fat while your body hangs onto water.  It will shake itself out in a few days or a week or so.  It sounds like you are doing PERFECT!  Don't change a thing!  You'll be at goal before you know it.

Congratulations on getting off to a great start

Goal reached in 7 months and 1 week
