If you want to stay away from the sugars in milk try unsweetened nut milk (like almond milk).  It tastes great and with a little splenda would likely make a good ice cream like the one on the list!  I use it in my protein shakes all the time.

I only use almond milk for my morning shake! I love it! Low calorie and super low carb!

If your diet requires pureed foods, why aren't you pureeing them?  That seems pretty risky and potentially dangerous.  The diet progression is in place to ensure healthy healing.  It would be in your best interest to adhere to it.

Ok thank you !! I'm gonna start doing that . But an I eat red mashed potatoes ? Cream wheat and oat meal ? Please give me more ideas

I wouldn't.  Carbs like those aren't going to do much to help your body heal right now, and you won't be able to reach your protein goals if you're filling your teeny stomach with carbs.

Ok you puréed hamburger meatballs and chicken ?? That lst was a but extream to me , I'm not allowed red meat at all !!!

I was allowed to eat any meat I wanted to after I finished my full liquid diet and it never caused me any stomach problems.  But, if your plan says no red meat, stick to the options that don't use it.
