Breakfast - salmon

lunch - crustless cheeseburger quiche - last piece - yum

lunch2 - harvest chicken salad

dinner - buffalo chicken and wheat thins - last serving

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - in meetings all day.  probably not...

I'm still having belly pain...although it has migrated to the correct side, so perhaps I can see a surgeon and get my gallbladder removed.  I hope sooner rather than later so I don't have to hurt much longer.

B: leftover sirloin steak

L: Not sure...I can't leave the office and I don't know if my hubby will be back in time to get me something, so probably some mixed nuts.

D: something with hamburger

E: No time today.  We have the last baseball game of the season and then I have to clean like a mad woman because my house is messy and I have family coming tomorrow!

B2: Egg Beaters, 1 slice American Cheese and 1/2 double protein english muffin

L: Morningstar Black Bean Burger (still trying to get this box out of my freezer)

D: Either a TJ's chicken burger or slider burger. Depends on what I pull out of the freezer in a few minutes

L- Roast turkey rollups with gouda cheese - microwaved for 20 seconds for melty cheese

S- Dannon Light & Fit Greek - vanilla toasted coconut

D- Not sure/unprepared -- probably cottage cheese concoction

L: Greek salad with grilled buffalo chicken 

S: pork rinds,  cheese stick

D: hard boiled egg,  grilled chicken, feta,  red onion with vinaigrette
