Not a good day for me. Husband is sick, and I'm not far behind him with sore throat, headache and fatigue. So here's the bad news:
B: None
L: Leftover caprese salad
D: Leftover meatball
W&V: On track
E: Walking from chair to fridge and back again (sigh)
This, too, shall pass.

I'm still having pain while I eat. I have some small gallstones but no inflammation so the doc doesn't think that is the problem. Next step is a scope, I guess.

I decided that since I have hardly eaten anything in almost a week, I'm just going to go ahead and try to eat through the pain. Perhaps not the best idea, but I'm getting pretty bored with Isopure and a bite of meat here and there.
The scale blessed me this morning with a weight in the 150s! I love seeing my hard work pay off :-) I must be in full blown ketosis because my appetite has been at bay and I don't find myself needing to eat as often.
B: iced coconut coffee with chocolate protein
L: 1.5 pieces crustless quiche with bacon, cheddar, onion, mushroom
S: 1.5oz bbq pork rinds, medium iced coffee
D: Greek salad with feta, onion, green pepper, 4oz grilled buffalo chicken and a DELICIOUS Greek vinaigrette. I could drink the stuff. 1/4 piece pita bread.
W: plenty. I was peeing like a race horse.
V: everything but my multivitamin.
