I had surgery on June 8 and I'm already able to eat Salisbury steak and Vienna sausage not blended up is this a bad thing July 6th my diet will be switched to soft solid

I'd be careful.  Your stomach isn't fully healed, and tough foods could cause problems.  I'd suggest following your doctor's program, just to be safe.

I called the dr today they told me to purée all my meat until I come back July 8 and write down nutrition info daily to bring in as well I'm learning still and want to succeed so I'm watching myself today

You might be able to eat mulch or 4 penny nails, too. The real issue is, why would you even try?

They are soft foods and I chewed them well my dr said today to eat the meats puréed till I see the July 8 then they will change my diet to soft foods

You are (presumably) supposed to be eating purees now. You are eating things that are more-advanced than purees. You are not following your doctor's instructions, and yes, this is a bad thing.

Pushing your food limits too fast puts you at risk of injuring your staple line and blowing a leak in your stomach.

Ignoring your doctors' advice is a bad sign because if you can't comply at first, how the heck will you do so later on?

I bet that neither salisbury steak nor vienna sausages are on your approved-food list for later stages either. Super-processed food with additional carbs are no bueno. Ask your doctor for a list of foods that are OK at each stage and stick to it.
