After I eat I usually feel hungry still or something does anyone else feel this way? I know its not hunger because I burp a few minutes later and that feeling is gone. Im a week out today

I'm going to guess and say its your stomach acid rolling around. Just take it slow you don't want to stretch it out :)

you will not stretch it out by eating a little to much but so early on you might open a staple line if you really stuff it with solid food

It's probably stomach acid.  Are you taking a PPI?

In theory, at one week out you're still on liquids and liquids don't cause any feeling of satiety.  Hunger is most often from stomach acid at this point.  Are you taking a PPI such as prilosec or nexium?
