Having trouble eating/drinking

You're doing OK. It's tough at first to get anything down and you are working up to it. Try having sugar free ice pops and jello, which also counts toward your liquids. Try decaf or herbal teas & chicken, beef or vegetable broth mixed with an unflavored protein powder. For me, it was easier then, and even now at 4 months, to get warm liquids down. When you're ready (and if it's on your plan) you can progress to blended, strained soups; soupy oatmeal or grits; mashed potatoes; soft scrambled eggs; yogurt. Check sites such as Pinterest, The World According to Eggface, and Bariatric Foodie for recipes for each stage. And just as important as hydrating, get that protein in. It took me about a month before I felt close to normal.

I had my surgery on the same day, and I feel the same way! I am managing to get in about 50oz a day and it is nearly impossible to get in any protein.  I don't really have any advice but you are not alone.
