I was thinking the other day...... this is how I see the sandwich.

Seems I save my bread eating to nice specialty breads at restaurants and not waste it on a sandwich.

That looks awesome.  I am afraid to waste space in my stomach on bread and empty crap. Thanks for this beautiful reminder.  Now how many oz of what are in that?

Ht:6'5 Start weight 427, surgery weight=362 current weight 238 goal weight unsure?

I can't remember exactly on that one..... but normally it's around 2oz of deli meat and less than a slice of cheese. That's Mortadella and provolone or harvarti.

For years I've shot food for hotels and resorts...... was never really into it, but did them because it was part of the project. I have a few favorite food stylists that I would hire and learned a few things. It wasn't till post-op that I took an interest into cooking and than photographing my own food. As I got into it I started to get Ah-Hah moments...... I would run into a situation and think..... that's why they did that !!!

Basically it's pretty easy.... the learning to cook is much harder than the presentation part....

What kind of lettuce do you use that makes such nice wraps?
