Please let me know what you take. I am sick of gummy vitamins. I am two years post op. Thank you!

At two years post-op you should have no problem swallowing pills.  Any vitamin with 200% of most vitamins and minerals will meet the ASMBS guidelines.  (Which means you might need to take 2 of a vitamin with 100%.)

Trader Joe's High Potency Chewable multi's. I've taken them since 4 weeks post-op and my labs have always been great. Bonus: they are cheaper, low calorie, and lower carb than pretty much all high-level multi's, particularly the bariatric specialty vitamins. I think those are set up to appeal to the tastes of the morbidly obese. They try to be like candy and as a consequence are filled with calories, carbs, and artificial sweeteners. And overpriced IMO.

I went to a place called the Vitamin Shoppe and I let them know I had gastric surgery and they had a chewable pill especially for that reason
