Exercise or work out plans
It might sound flip - but you should do what you like.
For me, I had no idea what that was, so I started off by trying a bit of everything. I had started walking immediately post-op, so I kept doing that until I got to the point where I could try running. I found that I actually enjoy running, so I kept with it.
Then I joined a gym that offered a ton of fitness classes and I went to every one of them that appealed to me and fit into my schedule. I made myself give each class 4 tries, or a month, before quitting it. I knew that the frustration of my first class would dissipate if I just stuck with it. I found that I love yoga and pilates and tai chi, and that I enjoy a handful of other things too like PiYo and Zumba.
So that's my advice - make it your mission to figure out what you actually enjoy and then do those things. Stick with any new thing for a month before giving up so you can get past the initial "I feel really stupid and uncoordinated" phase. :)

If you have not been much of an exerciser and don't have joint problems (knees, hips) then waking is a great place to start. Then like Gwen said - try out new forms of exercise and find some that you love. All exercise programs should include a combo cardio, stretching, weight training and balance exercises!
I iterate why Gwen said, do what you like. If you don't like anything keep trying things until you find something you like or your body gets strong enough that you like something you used to not like.
Some ideas:
swim
walk
lift
aerobic classes
dance class
yoga
bike
cleaning
gardening
feeling strong is amazing. I hope you fall in love with exercise.
