Back on the bike. HUGE NSV!
Well,
7 months in, down 170, 8 inches smaller around the waist, feeling 20 years younger!
But those aren't the HUGE nsv.
I got on my dirt bike and went for a long ride in the desert, over 90 miles of trails, dirt roads, with a few miles of pavement thrown in.
First ride in over 4 years, and wow, what a workout! I had forgotten how much work (and fun) desert racing can be.
Great exercise, a little sore and stretched out, but it was totally worth it, and it was 100 degrees today. HOT!
I think I may be hitting my stride. All the work and the changes along the way, seem to be really paying off now.
The weight loss has slowed a little, but its almost constant now. About 2 to 3 lbs a week on average.
Going by the way Im feeling, I'm ok with that. Still 55 or so till I hit my clinical goal, I don't really have a set goal in mind after that.
Just gonna keep it goin till it feel right. I certainly feel like I have a grasp on this nutrition thing now. Never had a clue before I began this
journey. TOTALLY amazing, is all I can say.
I LOVE MY SLEEVE!
Rod
