Wow.  Several people with new low weights, and Stacey has a new job.  Lots to celebrate.  For me, I'm still maintaining...

breakfast - salmon

Lunch - I ate out for a business meeting and had ham and tomato quiche, and some olive bread and butter (yum).  Not on plan, but a good diversion.

Lunch 2 - chicken and broccoli au gratin

Dinner - pulled pork with broccoli slaw

vitamins - good

water - need to add more

exercise - weight training today, and recumbent bike now..

I had my seventh month follow up today and it went awesome! I feel great!! Happy Monday.

S: 1/4 cup trail mix

L: Chicken Caesar Salad

S: Watermelon

D: Ribs & grilled asparagus

S: Diet Swiss Miss + skim milk

E - Treadmill

W & V - done
