Hi everyone!  I had my sleeve 6/19/2014 And have lost 145# now.  I have looked all over for information on some type of garment, belt or band to control and hold in my panni area.  I would appreciate anything you all could suggest.

Thank you,

Debbie

Spanxs or equivalent are as good as anything else as far as I can see.

Spanx. I've always bought them one size down from my true size, otherwise they don't cinch as much as I like.

Thank you.  Do they make you hot?

I'm already hot

But nah, they don't make me sweat. Just makes you wish for the sweet release of death. Kinda like killer heels.

The nurse at my plastic surgeons office suggested something called "Boy Pants" which is a compression garment that looks like shorts on the bottom and pull up to under the breasts, covering the whole abdomen.  T J Max sells them and they aren't expensive - maybe $18. I don't know if it will be enough compression for what you need, but they are comfortable, and not too costly.  It might be a good place to start...

good luck,

Carol

I used to wear stuff form Target, I believe they were made by Maidenform. Sometimes I would wear things that included my thighs and sometimes not - but they were all Spanx-like garments that smoothed things out and only cost about $15!
