I stayed on the 800 calories/80g protein/40g carb/per day until I hit maintenance.

Make sure you are tracking every single bite of food and everything you drink.  When you're night writing it down it's super-easy to delude yourself that you're not eating "that much".

At six months I was eating 800 calories or less.  Are you getting at least 64 ounces of fluids per day?

You're an adult and can do whatever you like, but I strongly encourage you to start tracking everything you put into your mouth.  And you should also measure and weigh your food.  It's very easy to overestimate how many ounces you're eating.  My Fitness Pal is a wonderful app to use either on your phone or computer.

The most successful sleevers seem to keep their calories at 800 during the losing phase. If you worry this is too drastic for you, track a regular day and subtract 500 calories from that to use as your starting point.
