Things are going very well.  I still am struggling with the regain thing but I'm very happy.  Take care you!

breakfast: roast beef & spinach salad

lunch: chicken breast & green beans

dinner: curried scrambled eggs w/ gruyere cheese; grilled cauliflower

post-dinner: almonds and figs

snacks: apple, turkey jerky

exercise: 40 minutes aerobics this morning

liquids and vitamins: on track

I don't payedeal enough.  But it's all working.  

B- 2oz turkey breast, green beans no fat, laughing cow wedge.  

L- chicken broccoli carrots teriyaki bowl - only ate 3 Ozs 

D- 2 crispy tacos with lean ground beef

W- always struggle- I'm full 

V- on track 

E- Fitbit steps.  Helps on non gym days
