Today is Saturday! Yay weekend! I ran in the morning and also got to go to the farmers market. I'm going to need to be stern with myself in the future and limit myself to one amazing pastry from the pastry chef that comes...

exercise: 10k training (this was about 1.5 miles plus some obstacle work), 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

I just spent three hours at a local zoo with the grand kids. What a marvelous healthy way to spend an afternoon.
