Today is my 4-month Surgiversary. :-)
Four months ago today, I had my VSG Surgery. I have lost 68.6 pounds as of today, 19.8 Pre-Op and 48.8 Post-Op. FitBit tells me that I have lost 59% of my excess weight. In this fourth month, my BMI went down from the Obese range to the Overweight range! Yayy! At my highest weight, I felt like I was 20 years older than my age, NOW I feel 20 years younger. I have been reporting my NSV's as I have been going along, making sure that I put as much emphasis on those as what the scale says. This month I really noticed my increased stamina. Before the most I could do is 2 errands in a day before being totally wiped out, now I can do several.
I am so very thankful I had this Surgery!
