WOOHOO!!!!!  I hit that a week ago today and it feels great.  CONGRATULATIONS..  Keep on keeping on.  It just gets better.

I meant yesterday.  Today feels like Sunday..  But anyway, it is a struggle at times but getting there is so worth it.  Remember it isn't goal yet so don't slack up nor start adding stuff you haven't been eating/doing just because you have met this goal.  I have had a couple of days this week whereas my calories (not carbs nor proteins) increased but still under 800 and this has kept me at my 199 for the week.  So back to what I was doing to get to 199..

Thanks,  I too have stayed at 600-800 calories.  I think that is where I should stay. It is hard, but so worth the work.

Congratulations! That is a wonderful accomplishment. I think I burned some extra calories the day I hit Onderland from all the dancing around the house I was doing to celebrate :)

I can't stop dancing! !!!! My favorite style is zydeco, it burns lots of calories.
