I can hula hoop! All this time I thought I was just uncoordinated!  Come to find out, it has a lot more to do with your waist - hoop ratio!

Really?  Pretty cool!  Do you happen to know the magic ratio????

Well, my waist is now 31 inches, and my hoop has a 40 inch diameter. I bought it months ago thinking it would be good exercise but gave up when I couldn't get it to go around more than 3 or 4 times. I just now picked it up and hula hooped so long I got bored and stopped! Lol!

Crazy!  Eventually I'm going to try this!

Thanks for sharing!!!!

Congrats on your hula hoop NSV. I'm going to try that when my waist gets a bit (okay, a lot) smaller. I was a great hula hooper when I was a kid, and like you, tried it again recently. No luck. Now I know why. Thanks!
