Yay Sunday!  And tomorrow is a holiday here in the US which means it's a three day weekend!  Mondays are always a light day for me, but my partner is off work which means it'll be a movie day.  Plus we had a movie day today!  Four movie weekend - yahoo!  I also went to the mall today and ended up buying a white tech shirt for Aikido.  Not only did I buy a size small, but I tried it on over the t-shirt I was wearing.  If I'm wearing a size small now, at 180, how will I be able to find clothes when I'm 150?!

0.1: pre-run cliff bloks - 1/2 pack (This time, these didn't upset my stomach, so I think last time was a fluke.)
1: frankenshake

2.1: part of a small, plain, movie popcorn

exercise: 1:44:18 10k training (5mi easy) for a total of 5.53 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

B- fried egg and cheese on a popped wheat crisp, coffee

L - kids portion of fried clams about 3 ounces and a few onion rings 

D- chicken pieces and salad

S- handful of chocolate almonds
