At one month out I couldn't even do "real" chicken breast - I could only handled canned chicken because it was super mushy.  The dry meats are super difficult in the beginning so try cooking them with broth in a crock pot and keeping them really moist.

Congrats on getting through the first month - it's the toughest!

Yep, I found the canned chicken breast to be great for making chicken salad!  Otherwise I can't eat regular chicken breast.

It took awhile to be able to eat just boneless, skinless chicken breast without some sort of lube.  Early out, I chopped it up and mixed some Greek yogurt and seasonings in it.  The yogurt adds the lube and some extra protein - win/win!

Chx breast is way too dry for me anymore.  I have moved my chicken love to thighs instead.  You can also get them boneless and skinless, and they are the perfect size.
