(Six months and one week.) AT GOAL month 8. Maintaining at goal range (139- 144) ~ four (4) years !!

Thanks for sharing that article.  Nice to see a non-WLS site not be all judgmental regarding WLS. :D  I work for a giant tech company that makes all of the gadgets people love, many starting with "i" and the cafeteria is phenomenal.  Every day on the internal www site the entire menu is listed, including the calorie and macro breakdown.  There is a paleo station and while I don't eat there every day, when I do it's delicious and fits right in.  I create a new food in my Lose It! app and plug in the data and it's all good.  Come to think of it, I should be emailing this to the cafeteria staff!

Yes!  I really liked how the article started with saying that WLS isn't the easy way out.  It was nice to read.
