Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!
Good morning everyone. I'm in a bit of a funk today. I have had family visiting off/on over the last couple of weeks and they are all gone now. I miss them. Generally I'm pretty happy to get my space back and enjoy the quiet but this time I'm a bit sad. I was able to do so much more with them and just generally happier too. I really think that made a big difference in the quality of our visit. I know I will quickly bounce back but just feeling the "funk" today.

Today is my daughter's 6th birthday! I got up early to make chocolate chip cookies for her to take to school. I had two bites of cookie dough and I'm pretty proud of my restraint.

L: I'm going to this AMAZING new Mexican joint in our little town. I'm going to get the beef, pork, chili relleno combo. It should feed me for at least 3 meals.
D: Who know? If soccer is canceled because of the rain I think we'll go out. I'll probably have a steak. If not, it will probably be mozzarella with tomatoes, garlic and basil.

I don't use the ritz crackers and I add black pepper, a little garlic salt and parsley. I can never follow a recipe unless if its a baking recipe.
