Whatcha Eating Today VSGers - Monday
I definitely over did this weekend, I definitely do better during the week and when I "relax" on weekends i guess everything relaxes. I need so consuming activity on the weekends I guess, I don't know.
B: Oikos triple 0 yogurt, baby bell cheddar
L: leftover taco meat, swiss cheese, spicy mustard. fresh sliced strawberries with splenda for dessert.
S: Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt
D; Roast beef, some veg (spinach?) sugar free jello for dessert.
V: on track
W: on track
E: on track
I over did it yesterday too. It was my daughter's birthday party and I enjoyed some pie. I did a good job cooking though...while I was making the pie I ate some chicken so I wouldn't snack on the dough.
B: left over hamburger with a scrambled egg, jalapeno and cheese
L: fresh mozzarella, basil and prosciutto with a few sun dried tomato wheat thins
D: my daughter wants spaghetti for her birthday dinner, so I'll have some spaghetti sauce on fresh mozzarella
V: on track
W: on track
E: Not sure yet
My eating was actually much better this weekend. I hope I'm finally getting things back the way I want them to be. It helps that I'm actually home for the next 3 weeks or so! All the travel has really screwed me up. July is going to suck :P Norway, Michigan, and Indy in three separate trips!! Thankfully all three trips will be active ones. And that will help.
1: frankenshake
2: considering farro salad if P hasn't eaten it by that point. If he has, smoked rainbow trout.
3: teriyaki flank steak with green onions, rice for the guys - this meal depends on my butcher having flank steaks, but it's the week before Memorial Day, so they should! I love this recipe a LOT.
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: some amount of yoga at home, at least 30 minutes, hopefully 60

I'm still struggling with sticking with my daily plan but I'm not giving up. I really think it's because I have had company for most of the last 2 weeks and so there is some inherent changes in meals when that happens. That doesn't explain though why I haven't stuck to plan on the couple of days when I haven't had folks here. Obviously I am still a work in progress :)
B1: Protein Shake
B2: Egg beater omelette w/ 1 tbsp pico de gallo, 1 oz shredded pork, 1 tbsp protein powder, 1/4 c jalapeno cheese and salsa. (this was a LOT of food for me. I need to do smaller portion tomorrow)
L: Insides of a buffalo chicken sandwich
D: Ham and green beans
S: TBD
W&V: Started
E: Boot camp this morning. It kicked my butt; I was literally dripping sweat. That's the first time that happened. I did a 2 mile walk as well.
Overdid this weekend with some not so great choices, but very very active which resulted in my monday am weight in a full 3 lbs below goal. Yay

D: ribs with beans, broccolini
S: maybe a skinny cow ice cream sandwich

V: yes
L: working on it..
