Well, not a good toay today. I see from fitnesspal that I am way over on carbs and fat and way under on protein.  But lets be honest

B: Oatmea, fruit, babybel cheddar, coffee

L: Leftover Taco Meat, swiss cheese, mustard, strawberries

S: Frozen Yogurt, strawberries

D: Rotisserie chicken, some veg

W: a little behind but I'll get it

Gwen, I love that you post links to your recipes!  That mac and cheese cheesecake looks awesome!

I messed up today and had a donut.  They were super good donuts and they had my favorite kind and it has been so long...I gave in.  Now I'm paying for it.  I don't know if the donut is causing my digestional issues, or if it is just poetic justice, but I feel like crap.

B: leftover Mexican beef, scrambled egg and a half a jalapeno (maybe that is causing my problem...)

S: donut :(

L: chicken picatta with a few bites of garlic mashed potatoes

D: more left over chicken (we went out last night for my daughter's birthday and I ordered the special and it came with 2 whole chicken breasts!  So chicken for lunch, dinner and again breakfast tomorrow and hopefully it will be gone because we are leaving on vacation.)

I'm behind on water because of the damn donut.  Vits are good, exercise isn't happening today. :(

S - two slices habanero ham and a slice of muenster

D - slice of frittata with ham, bacon, onions, red bell pepper and spinach with a blob of tomatillo salsa

W - 90oz and counting

E - walked the dogs + yardwork
