Hey everyone. Gwen, what's the time limit for your 10K? I'm doing my second 10K the middle of June. I really am hoping to see an improvement in my pace for that one.
B1: Protein shake and 1 oz blueberries
B2: 1/2 breakfast burrito (my morning got away from me and I had to grab something on the go)
L: 1/2 breakfast burrito
S: TBD
D: Either Mexican lasagna or burnt ends. Both are defrosting; I will see which one sounds better at dinner
W&V:Going down
E: boot camp and 3.75 mile walk
So everything I read beforehand said it had a 90 minute time limit. But when I registered, it said the time limit is 130, which is TOTALLY different. I can do 130 now. But I'm aiming for 90 minutes anyway :P
