Goal...I guess?

Keep eating healthy and exercising and see what happens.  I wasn't really trying to lose weight the last 9 months or so and about 10 lbs came off in that time.  I'm still not trying to lose or gain or maintain, I'm just living and eating well and exercising.  I think our bodies will figure it out.  

 

Just stay away from the junk.

Do what you want. Let your "gut" instinct (no pun intended) lead the way. I wanted to go thinner and I did. Many people in my life disagreed with me. But frankly, I liked the very trim me.

My honest recommendation is to decide on what works for you and to hell with everyone else. Once you get where you want to be focus on continuing to eat in a healthy and weight sustaining manner.
