I find this so inspirational.  My highest weight recently was 425-6, and I'm down to 406.  I have surgery on June 22nd and hope to lose more.. I was worried I wouldn't even make it to 300 pounds after surgery.  I will remember to not get discouraged.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

It is not that we have so little time but that we lose so much...the life we receive is not short but we make it so; we are not ill provided but use what we have wastefully. -- Seneca, On the Shortness of Life

You can totally do it. Just be patient, cause it won't happen over night. Several times I have wondered if I would stop losing weight, but it just keeps coming off. I stick to my plan hardcore, moderation is not for me. I usually go 3 weeks without losing anything, then drop a lot of weight in one week. THAT IS NORMAL!

Oh my goodness... these photos are fantastic!  You've done such a wonderful job.  You should be so proud of yourself!  Now go enjoy that vacation and run all over the city. :)

PS: want to run the Wilson Bridge Half Marathon in DC with me and a few other knitters in October?

THANK YOU!! You're the best cheering section a gal could ask for.

I... think I do!? I have to see how I feel after my half marathon in June. Looks like there's a 6k which I'd totally be down for. :D
