Whatcha Eating Today VSGers - Wednesday
My quads are wrecked from my first aikido class yesterday. I hope my personal trainer takes it easy on them. :/

Graze is a subscription snack service and a flapjack is like a granola bar.. sort of. They've got nuts and seeds and good stuff in them.

Whew! Today is going to busy!
B: leftover steak with jalapeno and cheese. I couldn't finish everything I made and I'm proud of myself for stopping and not forcing down those last 4 bites.
L: not sure yet...free roast beef dinner for business owners in town if I get there on time, otherwise probably Mexican food from the Mexican food bus
D: Rosemary chicken pasta, minus the pasta at a board meeting.

Hi All,
I'm sticking to my healthy eating, and the pounds are starting to fall away. (I'm sure its only water weight so far, but it still feels good.)
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - crack slaw
Lunch2 - meatballs with cheese
Dinner - chicken with artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes
vitamins - on track
water - ok
exercise - recumbent bike, here I come!

B: Chobani greek yogurt 100 with 1/4 cup berries
S: Click Mocha Protein Shake (half decaf)
L: leftover homemade crock pot Turkey Chili (1/2 cup)
S: Eggface's Pizza Bites (2-3) and then 1/2 small banana on my way to the gym later
D: I'm going to try making Eggface's pasta-less mac and cheese with cauliflower (1/4 cup) and also 2 oz. turkey burger (no bun)
S: Eggface's chocolate raspberry protein ice cream (1/2 cup)
As you can tell, I've been experimenting with new recipes from the blog Theworldaccordingtoeggface...Love it!

E: walk for 30 min at lunchtime at work and tonite is spin class at the gym
My nut told me I need to up my intake but I'm happy with it for now. So hopefully today goes something like this:
B: NF greek yogurt with no sugar blueberry jam and 1/4 cup all bran buds
S: 1 egg
L: Homemade beef stew with a bit of cottage cheese melted in to up the protein
S: 1/2 cup cranberry almond chicken salad
D: Hopefully some more leftover stew-if it survives the day

E: 1 hour yoga tonight

S: syntrax fuzzy navel shake
L: mini chicken meatloaf and broccoli
S: chocolate & vanilla 0% greek yogurt
