2 Year Surgiversary - 157lbs Later w/Pics!!
Big Milestone for me this week. Two years ago I decided to stop making excuses and change the game with the sleeve! I hit a normal BMI 5 months ago and have stayed within the same 3 pounds on maintenance. I still have to pinch myself sometimes...Never thought I could be a "normal" weight. I've lost 157lbs (went from a size 32 pants to a 6/8, 3x top to a S, and 9.5 shoe to an 8.) I'm pretty strict and regimented..which works for me. I track everything I eat on MFP, work out 5-6 days a week, gave up bread, sugar and white carbs (best thing I ever did!) I'm wearing the black dress in the picture in my brother's wedding in October, and feel like $1MM bucks in it! Not every day is a cake walk...but slow and steady wins the race I say. I treat this "gift" and new chance on life very seriously....grateful each and every day! Thanks for being there.
Congrats on 2 years!!!!!
